By placing an order with the BEAUBIEN webstore, you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, in the version that is valid at the time of the order. We reserve the right to modify those Terms and Conditions at any moment.
This website, these Terms and Conditions and any contract entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with French Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
All rights, including copyright of this website are owned by or licensed to BEAUBIEN. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of BEAUBIEN.
All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. We shall be not liable for any mistake or missing information on product pages.
The products offered on beaubienstore.com are presented as digital photographs depicting the existing merchandise. Slight differences between the photographs and reality do not constitute a defect of the ordered merchandise, especially regarding any variation in color.
All prices on beaubienstore.com are given in Euros (€) and are shown inclusive of France sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20% but exclusive of delivery costs.
20% VAT will be automatically deducted at checkout for all online orders shipped to a non-EU destination.
Product prices are shown exclusive of customs duties. Please note that BEAUBIEN has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.
You must pay at the time of the order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order. We will inform you if a product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
We will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the e-mail address you provided in your order form. Accepting your payment brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.
BEAUBIEN reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason (item availability, potentially fraudulent order, unusual order, issue concerning a previous order, order coming from professional buyers...).
We will process (by processing we mean collecting your payment, shipping your order and providing you with the corresponding tracking number) your order as soon as possible (usually within 2 business days) and maximum 30 days after reception of the order confirmation e-mail.
5. PERSONAL DATA
All customer data are saved and processed by beaubienstore.com solely in accordance with the relevant data protection laws (declaration n°1965264 at CNIL). In particular, personal data are being collected, saved, and used exclusively for the purpose of processing the order or with your explicit consent.
We do not forward personal data to third parties except with regard to subcontractors of beaubienstore.com that require the transfer of data to process the order. In these cases, however, the scope of the data transfer is restricted to the required minimum.

Payments can be made by credit card (we accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express) or Paypal.
We use industry-standard secure technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of it being intercepted.
Please note that you will have to bear any possible foreign bank charges.
For security reason (fraud prevention), you may be requested to provide us with a copy of your ID and a proof of address to approve your order. We make sure that all the provided documents are destroyed once verifications are done.
We shipped worldwide.
Orders (domestic and international) are mostly shipped by DHL Express.
A tracking number (including the link to track the parcel) is provided to the customer by e-mail once shipment is done.
Below are shipping costs and estimated delivery times. Please note that delivery times are given by DHL Express on an indicative basis and cannot be guaranteed. We shall be not liable for any delays.

Right to return
Under French regulation you may return or exchange products you have received without indicating any reasons within a period of 14 days after order receipt date, provided that the items are in unused condition and have all tags in place.
For hygienic reasons, underwear, socks and swimwear cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been delivered with no tags, you should notify us by email on the same day. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
You must contact us for autorisation before returning any items and send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that return postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you.
Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We at BEAUBIEN take every effort to check your purchase thouroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. Faulty goods must be notified to us within 3 days of being received by you, and those goods must be returned to us within 14 days after approval of your return request.
You must contact us for autorisation before returning any faulty items and send an e-mail to email@example.com.
The return shipment must be addressed only after approval of your request by e-mail. You must provide us with a tracking number and the name of the shipping service you used with link to track the parcel, within 14 days after approval of your return request.
Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return postage costs of the products to us.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
The present right of return only applies to products that arrive back to us in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging or displays evidence of wear will not be refunded. In this case, product will be sent back to you at your own expense, and no refund will be arranged.
In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will receive a refund to your credit card or Paypal account, depending on the payment method you used, to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred (except return postage costs).
Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days after reception of the returned goods and are subject to our subcontractors (including Paypal and Stripe) refund regulations.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes won't be refunded for shipments outside the EU. Any losses that are caused by currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
